JoJo logs in and navigates to the Wholesale Partner Portal dashboard and views the Network Element Alarm Status

JoJo uses automation to create a Service Now ticket and trigger a notification to the BSF Ltd Dispatch to send a repair truck to the 1 Cape Cod Way, Columbus location to check out and repair the alarming Network Element
